Returns

At Kitchen Strong, we stand behind the quality of our products and we aim to make sure every purchase is a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Kitchen Strong aims for excellence and vouches for the quality of its products. In any unfortunate case of receiving defective item, we will process a return. Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery of products and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging. Otherwise, a merchandise credit will be granted. 

It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all products to our business for exchange/credit.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned.

All sales are non-refundable, except for any product that may be defective or damaged.
