What is the status of my order?
If you have placed your order and received the confirmation email, your order is in process. Please log into your account or use the Track My Order function on the website to check the status of your order. For other questions in regard to the status of your order please click HERE.
How do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email with your order number for your purchase. Sign into “My Account” using your email address to view you order status. Once your items ship, we will email you a tracking number. Click Track My Order and sign in using your email/phone and order number or tracking number to get shipment and delivery updates.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Is the KS conditioner vegan?
We offer two KS conditioners, and one is vegan. Be sure to select the wax type Carnauba for the vegan option at purchase.
When will my products ship?
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed.
Shipping time varies based on the Kitchen Strong product purchased. Most of our boards ship within 14-business days of purchase. Please refer to Shipping for information regarding rates and refer to the specific product page for the shipping timeline.
Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays from the carrier that are outside of our control.
What method is used for shipping?
All packages in the United States are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally but hope to change this in the near future.
I purchased a pre-order. When will my package ship/arrive?
All PRE-ORDER items will begin shipping within 6-8 weeks of placing your order. You can refer to the specific product page for the estimated ship time for the pre-ordered product. If you ordered in-stock items along with pre-order items, those in-stock will ship prior to the pre-order items. You will get an email notification when the item is released and once released, the general processing time for orders is 48 hours. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. If you do not receive your order within 7-14 business days of receiving notification of release, please contact customer support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your patience.
Can I pick up my order?
All orders placed through Kitchen Strong will be shipped to their destination via a commercial carrier usually.
How do I care for my Kitchen Strong board?

I have used my board a few times and now have cut marks from the knife. What can be done to make these less apparent?
Follow the care and conditioning instructions and apply the KS conditioner to all surfaces of the board. The KS conditioner is formulated to reduce the appearance of knife marks and to help maintain the beautiful appearance of your board over time.
I received an item that is different from what I ordered. What should I do?
If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item(s) unused and in the original packaging. Contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com and include a picture of the incorrect product you received.
We will work to get your correct package re-shipped and send you information how to return the incorrect item at our expense.
How to return or exchange?
We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. However, Kitchen Strong aims for excellence and vouches for the quality of its products, if you are not satisfied, you can exchange your item.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, attach a picture of the defect in your email.
